How to Submit a Service Request
- Service Hours: Our service team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Warranty Coverage: Please ensure that your home is covered under the Home Warranty Program. Refer to your Home Owner Manual and Warranty Policies for more details.
- Identify the Issue: If you believe your home has a construction or manufacturer's defect, please provide your contact information and a clear description of the problem.
- Submit Your Request: Complete the form on the right, attach any necessary documents, and click 'Submit.'
